Setting the earbuds up on a Windows PC is just as fast and the process is the same. You can also pair with the Lenovo Smart Wearable app from Google Play.
Your Android phone will show a pop-up asking to connect and you're done. If you’re using an Android device, all you have to do is pop the charging case's lid and press the little button inside. Setting up the Lenovo Smart Wireless Earbuds could not be more effortless. Since I have enormous, oddly shaped ears, I was rather pleased to find not only are they comfortable over short and long periods of time as I learned during my five-hour Brooklyn adventure. They slide easily on and off the unit and the fitting process took a few minutes.
I found the Lenovo Smart Wireless Earbuds to be remarkably comfortable and they include four pairs of silicone tips to find just the right fit. The Lenovos are rated at IPX4 water and dust resistance, so they’ll survive bopping about during a rainy day or when you sweat during a morning jog, but don’t take them for a swim with you. On the back of the case, we find the USB-C charging port (USB Type-C charging cable included), but you can also charge it wirelessly. I accidentally drop-tested them and they easily survived both more than five-foot falls. The plastics used in both the buds and case do not feel cheap.
The case doesn’t feel flimsy, a common issue among affordable wireless earbuds, and the lid pops firmly into place when opened or closed. The 2 x 1.75 x 1-inch charging case is lightweight (1.4 ounces) and won’t take up too much space in your pockets.
